Hoppebräus Zapferei places great importance on quality and local, sustainable products. In addition to our small menu, we offer varying daily specials. Wednesdays you can get a fantastic, creative 'Hoppe dog”, Thursdays you’re in for one of our many gourmet burgers, with a fresh minced meat patty, baked brioche buns from the Baker Meier and all manner of magic to go on top. On the other days we serve you what the region and season have to offer. In addition, we also serve our guests our own fine beer breads and house-made spreads.

Every Friday morning, we have a white sausage breakfast from 10:00 a.m.

Just as with our beers, our philosophy of quality and sustainability is also reflected in the food in our tap house. Hand-crafted, finest quality, carefully selected raw materials and transparency. That is why we offer a wide variety of seasonal products, whether freshly picked wild garlic, venison ragout supplied by a local hunter friend or simply the classic Kaasspatzn (hand-made, pan fried cheese pasta). What you get is what is available and fresh right here and now, and when it is over, it is over. Of course, we also have pub classics such as french fries, sweet potato fries, onion rings or nachos.
